Data Register
Every uploaded POS file keeps a permanent import code and an archived copy of the original. The Excel register is generated from the database — the database always stays the source of truth.

Original file archive
Every uploaded file is archived.
Originals are stored byte for byte under Exports / Source_Files and verified with SHA-256 after writing.
Custom Excel export
Each branch and period is filled only where the supplied files prove it. Anything they cannot prove is written as “Not available from supplied POS data”.
